At Uwowo Cosplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your magical transformation. If your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your package.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA note inside. Ship the parcel using a trackable service to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the costume for traces of wear or damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
